Who handles the data

Ofrelo (ofrelo.com) is operated by, and the data controller is, Geriausia platforma, UAB, company code 305616611, registered office Pakalnės g. 11-18, LT-47160 Kaunas, Lithuania. Email am@realgame.lt, phone +370 682 20728.

Ofrelo is a commercial premises search platform. We help companies find offices, warehouses and retail space, and help landlords offer their premises.

What data we handle

• Contacts of landlord and property manager representatives: name, company, position, email, phone, correspondence and offers. We get them from you, from public sources (company websites, listings) and from earlier cooperation.
• Contacts of client (tenant) representatives, their search requirements and, if the client provides them, data from current lease agreements and invoices.
• Data you enter in the offer form: contacts, premises details, prices, files.
• Use of the client proposals page: when and from what type of device and browser the page was opened, favourite proposals, questions asked and the name given. We do not store the IP address, only a scrambled code that tells different devices apart.
• Technical website data: IP address, browser type, request time. The hosting service keeps it briefly for security.

Why and on what legal basis

• Searching for premises, collecting offers and lease brokerage: performance of a contract or steps before entering into one (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Keeping business contacts and sending requests to landlords: our legitimate interest in running the business (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Accounting and other legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Website security: legitimate interest.
• Counting client page views, favourites and questions: our legitimate interest in serving the client and knowing whether the proposals were seen (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We process the documents you provide confidentially (including with AI tools) only to compare premises costs and offers.

We do not sell data or use it for advertising. We make no automated decisions with legal effects.

Who receives the data

• Supabase: database and files (servers in the EU, Ireland).
• Netlify: website hosting (USA).
• Google: email (Gmail, Google Workspace).
• Anthropic: AI that reads uploaded documents (leases, invoices, offers); data is not used to train models (USA).
• NetHunt: our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• OpenStreetMap and Esri: maps; when a map is shown they receive your IP address.

Clients see premises offers, but not landlord representatives’ contacts. Data is processed by our service providers under data processing agreements:

Data outside the EU

When data goes to the USA, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.

How long we keep it

• Business contacts: while we cooperate and 3 years after the last contact.
• Searches and offers, together with client page views, favourites and questions: 3 years after the search ends.
• Contracts and accounting documents: as long as the law requires (up to 10 years).
• Technical website logs: up to 30 days.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing (for example, to stop receiving requests), or to receive it in a portable form. Write to am@realgame.lt. We reply within one month.

If you think we breach your rights, you may complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt, L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius).

Cookies

Ofrelo uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

We use only strictly necessary sign-in cookies (sb-…-auth-token). They are set only when you sign in to Ofrelo and let the system recognise you. They are removed when you sign out or the session ends. Strictly necessary cookies need no consent.

Fonts are loaded from our own website, not from third parties.

The client proposals page uses no cookies to count views. If you ask a question, your name is remembered only in your own browser so you do not have to type it again.
